HANDS was founded by Prof. A. G. Billoo (Sitara-e-Imtiaz) in 1979. HANDS has evolved in 33 years as one of the largest Non Profit Organization of the country with integrated development model. HANDS has a network of 29 offices across the country and has access to more than 25 million population of nearly 42000 villages / settlements in 29 districts of Pakistan. HANDS strength is 15 volunteers Board Members, 12 Districts Patrons, >1400 full time staff and more than 01 Million community based volunteers of 3531 medium and small size organizations.
