Livelihoods in Forestry (LiF)

The project aimed at improving rural livelihoods through forestry-related activities while promoting local governance and sectarian harmony in target communities through Social and Environmental Corridors conserved and expanded, and through enforcement of local governance, livelihood gains and capacity development of local communities. More than 60 hectares were restored/conserved between 2021 and 2022, a continuation of a larger project implemented between 2018 and 2020.
