| Descripción | The "Strengthened climate resilience and sustainable income generation for mangrove forest-dependent vulnerable communities" project, implemented in Ca Mau province, Vietnam, focuses on enhancing the resilience of both the local mangrove ecosystem and the vulnerable communities that depend on it. By promoting sustainable livelihood practices, such as ecological shrimp farming under mangrove canopies, and strengthening community-based forest management, the project aims to mitigate the impacts of climate change while improving the economic conditions of these communities. The project also prioritizes the inclusion of women and people with disabilities, ensuring that the benefits are broadly shared and contribute to the long-term sustainability of the Mekong delta, Vietnam. |
